Prime Kitchen & Bath Group, LLC represents manufacturers and supports dealers in the kitchen and bath industry.

The firm was created by three veterans of the industry, Henry Dekker, Rick Spencer and Selena Moore. Rick and Selena are the current partner/owners and Henry, now retired, has been retained as consultant to the company.

Prime Kitchen & Bath Group, LLC has joined forces with The Clarke Connection, LLC to create a new entity called Allied Kitchen Associates Northeast, LLC or Allied KANE, to represent select MasterBrand cabinetry lines within their seven State region.

The partners have worked their way up the industry ladder, each one taking a different path, and they share that knowledge and expertise with each other and their kitchen dealer partners. Positions held within the industry include Kitchen Designer, Inside Sales Manager, Territory Sales Representative, Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, General Manager of a Showroom, as well as Installer, Home Remodeler and Builder.

The partners firmly believe their role is to guide people and businesses profitably into the future. They combine a strong base of knowledge and experience with a passion to continuously learn and educate themselves and their dealer partners on each aspect of the industry.
